A chained Bakery in Indonesia is looking for  Master Chef/Production Manager to manage its central production.
Reporting to Factory Manager, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Ability to come up with new creations of bread, cakes, cookies, buns etcPosses strong  leadership skill to lead and manage production team of 100 people:Responsible for the implementation, development and smooth operation of productionMonitor and ensure high standard quality and safety of productsOrganize and run production in a cost efficient mannerAssist in continuous training of all employeesAbility to troubleshoot and improve processesAbility to speak mandarin and englishPrevious experience in an HACCP or ISO 9001 Quality Management System & 14001 Environmental Management System is an advantage
