Job Descriptions:
As Director of Contracting, you are in charge of the strategic planning, revenue management, day-to-day operations of the business with full P&L responsibility. You are also responsible for penetrating into current and new markets in Asia, Europe, and theU.S.especially using the existing pipeline of our Wholesale, Corporate, Leisure, and Online companies also utilizing our MCI & OVATION and American Express Travel network. Responsibilities also include managing revenue, securing contracts and rooms while maintaining and create excellent relationship to our suppliers (hoteliers).
The immediate assignments are overall P & L planning, analysis and performance of Sales and Operation of the market and conduct contracting with our suppliers.

Product development and contracting:
Responsible for planning the revenue management of each specified market and as a whole.Responsible for contracting and securing inventories as targeted.Responsible to ensure the effectiveness of distributing the inventories to each channel.Research different suppliers and choose the right suppliers for each market needsContract and negotiate the best rates and products for the relative programsMaintain close relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best possible hotel rates and others tourism products and servicesWork with Tourist boards and Marketing on tactical opportunitiesManage, develop and oversee a product teamLiaise with Transport Purchasing team to ensure correct scheduled (flying) product is sourced for the programWork closely with the Marketing team on business strategyAssist with the pricing & commerciality of the program in order to increase volume of sales and revenueEnsure there is a constant stream of offers, deals and availabilityManage brochure copy, images and web accuracyIdentify market trends and opportunities for growth as well as to deal with competitor analysisPossess the strength to communicate and present the company at all levels of business including trade fairsTraveling (overseas) whenever requiredProgram planning, pricing, trading & forecasting for all destinations in the companies portfolioIdentify areas of opportunity and risk while developing new programsPlan and deliver the best possible mix of product to meet market needsPerform product performance development and budget managementWork closely with the pricing and marketing teams to ensure that business is developed and profit increased by their knowledge of the industryFINANCE:
Work with Finance team to ensure margin strategy is set to achieve business targets
Evaluating the ongoing budget
Controlling on quality and price of products being offered to the client
