We operate a chain of expat-oriented bar-restaurants at several different locations throughout Jakarta and are currently urgently in search of a CHEF who is available on a short-term notice for our outlet in Kemang.

The Chef-candidate we are interested in, is required to fit the following profile :

General Personality and attitude:

Indonesian, 35-42  years old
Excellent cook with experience in Western menus

Energetic and Pro-active Creative, Can-do mindsetAble to ensure consistent, well presented and high quality food production

Communication requirements:

Excellent mentoring skillsCommunicating clearly and effectivelyIntermediate English language skills

Administrative requirements:

Can process administrative duties effectively according to company guidelines:Make weekly shift schedulesManage budgets and reportsPractice cost control
