Hotel / Restaurant Background

Minimum 2 years experience in the same position

Good attitude and communication skill.

Strong Leadership Skill

Strong experience and knowledge in :

- Bread baking

- Pastry production both Western & Local

- Pastry equipment

- New product development

- Dessert menu planning

- Bake shop display

- Costing

- Cake decorations

Ability to train others.

Willing to work flexible hours

Creative, team player, and result oriented.
