Job Objective:


The main role is to establish and maintain a high standard of cleanliness sanitation through teamwork involving all food service outlets. Responsibility to comply with the compay policies which include; financial performance, effective labor cost control, procurement, equipments standards and cleanliness and maintain, a high level of sanitation and safety standards(maintain by weekly inspection) Must coordinate the efficient distribution of all supplies and equipment to all food and beverage outlets / functions / event venue. To provide consistency and quality of the sanitation and cleanliness through execution of the basic fundamentals job task. Control daily distribution of equipment to all F&B outlets geared to expected business. Demonstrate strong food safety and commitment to safe work environment.


Responsibilies:


Responsible for all operations for the events/catering/functions, manage daily stewarding operations.Maintain and supervise good housekeeping pracctices in all food productions areas, dish room, loading dock, walk in freezer and chiller, and others assigned areas.Constantly spot check equipment for sanitation, safety and proper working condition.Manage procurement and proper storage of all equipment and others controllables.Attend BEO and others related meetings.Check all outlet on daily basic for sufficient quantities of supplies and equipments.Promote sense of ownership towards use of all euqipment & controllables.Oversee distribution of adequate supplies to respective areas.Ensure all silver is in clean and presentable condition.Ensure daily sanitation inspections are made and follow up closely.Accountable for maintaining accurate levels of controllables, sanitation & cleanliness of all equipment, utensils, and operatings equipment.Managing cost and responsible for Profit & Loss for the catering equipment Schedule training, monthly meeting and development efforts of all stewarding issue.Analyze, plan, and implement cost control activities, working with all departments to execute the plan.Ensure the opertaions of the stewarding & storage of Chinaware department run smoothly Up dating & safe keeping all data concern for all events.Analytical and detail.Communicate effectively written and verbally.Analyzing potential problem might arise.Handle multiple assignments, be resourceful and willing to take a hands-on approach.Assist in the preparations of various periodic reports for management’s analyses and decision-making.Ensuring safe keeping of all events related documents with specific attention to cost control Able to handle ad hoc events /projects as needed


Requirements:

Degree or approprite professinal qualification with prior related experienced in the hospitality industry / catering management,Min 5 year of experienced at the management level / supervisory levelBe independent, positive,initiative, energetic and self-motivated professional capable of working with minimum supervision,Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to mett deadline and objectives,Cureently working in 4 to 5 start hotel will be an added advantage
