Qualifications :
Min. 3 years experience in food services/Indian restaurants
Speaking English is compulsory
Able to prepare and cook various meals of Indian food
Ability to cook other dishes is an advantage
Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard recipes and portions set by company specifications
Creativity and ingenuity to improve quality, productivity and cost control
Able to work under pressure
Physically and mentally fit.
